The hotel is ideally located, close to the town center and offering beautiful views of the mountains from the balcony. the rooms are clean, cozy, and warm, with all the necessary amenities. the staff is friendly and welcoming, making guests feel right at home. the hotel offers a spa area with a sauna and steam room, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Guests can also enjoy delicious meals, with a variety of options, and reasonable prices.
The evening meals may be disappointing, with some guests finding the quality of the food to be lacking.

Spent Christmas at this hotel, and the Christmas decorations were beautiful and festive. the breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, with lots of options to choose from. the hotel is located in a great spot, with easy access to shops and restaurants. the sauna was a nice bonus after a day of skiing.
The dinner service was extremely disappointing. the four courses were lackluster, and the portions were small.

The hotel offered a delicious four-course dinner every night, which we really enjoyed. The location was perfect, with a peaceful street just a 5-minute walk from the center. We also liked that the hotel had a spa area with a sauna, steam room, and sun beds.
The room we stayed in had limited storage space, so we had to keep our belongings in our suitcases. the toilet and bathroom were separate, and there was no hand-washing facility in the toilet, which is a common practice in Austria.

The cleanliness was perfect, with the room being super clean and the bed made every day. The hotel facilities, especially the spa area with sauna and steam room, were wonderful. The staff were friendly and efficient, making me feel like part of the family. The location was perfect, close to the center but still offering peaceful and beautiful mountain views. With the transportation options available, I didn't need a car to explore the valley. the breakfast provided each day was delicious and the staff serving multiple alternatives for dinner made the dining experience very nice.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.
